Description:
When called on a vehicle this function will restrict the vehicle's operator seats (driver, gunner, commander) by the supplied condition.
This command is broken on some vehicles. It is recommended to test if it works on your vehicle.

Parameters:
vehicle: Object - Vehicle to restrict
condition: Code - Condition to restrict by, the unit accessing the vehicle can be access with _this
