Description:
This is an internal function of viewdistance. It handles increasing / decreasing the viewdistance by using a hotkey.
This is an internal function. This means that the function is called by another function and should not be called manually.

Parameters:
mode: Number - when 0 will decrease the viewdistance and when 1 will increase the viewdistance

This function is activated with configurable keybinds found in CBA: "Addon Keybinds" >> "CMF: viewdistance". By default increase is bound to CTRL + ] and decrease is bound to CTRL + [
