Description
- Description:
This function initializes the the limited respawns library and sets the amount of respawns on a unit. it must be run locally (eg. from initPlayerLocal.sqf).

Syntax
- Syntax:
[amount, team] call emf_limitedRespawns_fnc_init
- Parameters:
amount: Number - Amount of respawns available for unit.
team: Number - (Optional) Only apply to supplied team [Default: 0].
- Return Value:
Boolean - Returns true on success.
Examples
- Example 1:
[5] call emf_limitedRespawns_fnc_init;
- Example 2:
