Description

- This function freezes time entirely unlike setting "skipTime 0" which still moves time at a very slow pace. Run this from init.sqf.

- Handle - Script handle for setDate loop. (can be terminated with terminate)

- Example 2:
- // Terminates handle after 10 seconds
 _handle = call emf_utilities_fnc_setDate;
 sleep 10;
 terminate _handle;
